These Terms of Service govern your use of nullscroll.com and any early beta access to NullScroll. NullScroll is currently an Android focus app in development.

1. Using the website

You may use this website to learn about NullScroll, contact us, and request early access. You agree not to attack, scrape abusively, spam, reverse engineer, or interfere with the website or its infrastructure.

2. Beta access

If we invite you to test NullScroll, beta features may change, break, disappear, or work differently across Android devices. We may limit or end beta access at any time to protect users, fix issues, or improve the product.

3. Android permissions

NullScroll may require Android permissions such as Accessibility Service or Usage Access to detect protected apps, identify repeated scrolling behavior, and show interruption screens. You are responsible for deciding whether to grant those permissions on your device.

4. Not medical or educational advice

NullScroll is a productivity and focus tool. It is not medical, psychological, educational, or professional advice. If you have serious concerns about addiction, mental health, sleep, or child safety, talk to a qualified professional.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use NullScroll for illegal, harmful, abusive, or invasive purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, disrupt service, or access systems you do not own.
• Do not submit content that violates another person's rights.
• Do not represent that you are affiliated with NullScroll unless we agree in writing.

6. Intellectual property

The NullScroll name, design, website, copy, graphics, and product concepts belong to NullScroll or its creator, except for third-party services, fonts, and technologies used under their own licenses. You may not copy the brand or site in a way that confuses people.

7. Third-party services

The site and app may use third-party services for hosting, DNS, security, email, analytics, Android distribution, or crash reporting. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

8. No warranties

NullScroll is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or guaranteed to stop all distraction.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NullScroll and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or device issues arising from your use of the site or beta.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the site or beta after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
